After efforts, the complete set of equipment and process validation developed by Shuangzi has been completed, which can meet the industrial production requirements of CBD extraction.

Our production line can meet customers' different requirements for finished products:

(3) Pure CBD crystals and CBD powder;

CBD extraction process:Extraction filtration concentration purification (including key processes developed and designed by the company).

The entire BD extraction production line includes extraction units, filtration systems, evaporators, short-range distillation equipment, chromatography column systems, solvent storage, recovery and blending systems, CBD crystallization systems, pipelines and valves, and utility systems.
